All applicants for membership in the DMS Foundation ’s Value-Added Member (VAM) program must complete a detailed membership application form and submit it to DMS Foundation together with a one-time non-refundable membership fee to cover all administrative costs associated therewith including, research, due-diligence, verification, and insurance costs. Once a VAM, DMS invites each VAM to participate in a project wherever their technology, products and services are needed and without having to conform to an international and costly tender process.
